Looking to extract "item dscription" field from QB 2010 - ALL CHARACTERS not just a few

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Standard

I need to download the item description field in Quickbooks 2010. It appears all I can get is some of the characters not all of them. Please help

Depending on how you are extracting the information, QuickBooks does tend to truncate the longer fields. If you use a tool that is based on the SDK programming interface you should get it all. Try the exporter from www.baystateconsulting.com
