Intuit/QB is offering some free, last I checked a little while ago.
Just find sales and you can find them that way. Can't give you a link to it.
I ran a search for business cards and a lot of info popped up.

Vistaprints has a great selection of designs, and you can upgrade to glossy or thicker cardstock. I appreciate that they have many designs that have matching websites and cards, as well as other promotional materials.
