Hello,

Have you run the database repair tool on your dms database?

This can happen if the exisiting client in DMS does not have a tax ID.

Proseries can only send a document to a client when it can match the tax id that it has to the one DMS has. If there is none in DMS, then DMS will createa new client with one and hence a duplicate.
