Issues with user certification

I recently ordered "QUICKBOOKS 2008 END USER CERTIFICATION EXAM WITH TRAINING" and was provided with an order confirmation stating another email would arrive shortly with my login information. No email has arrived in  quite awhile. Any ideas on how to get this information?
