My Proadvisor Website - Client Security

How do we communicate to our clients that there data is safe with our firm?  For example we are servicing clients via the internet (remotely).  One of our most FAQ is how are you protecting our data?  I want something that I can place on my website to tell everyone that we are concerned for their privacy and we are doing "certain" things to ensure this.

  • Is there something on the Proadvisor site on this already?  If so, please email link.
  • What do you use on your site to communicate to your clients that your "remote assistance" is secure?
  • What software/tools do you use for accessing your clients data remotely? (besides QB Online).

I appreciate your feedback.
