When a window or form is open, why not highlight that line on the left so you can see your location in the list of forms.

Why not indeed! The form you currently have open is noted near the top of your screen. You can offer your suggestion to the Intuit folks but that does not mean it will be implemented in your lifetime.

You know, there's the kernel of a really significant improvement. I do 1040's for several oil producers who have numerous fixed assets, and another with about 40 rental properties.  I waste a lot of time scrolling up and down, looking for the form I need from a list of 100 or more.  I don't know how you'd do it, but there's bound to be a more efficient way to list the forms in use, or to otherwise make them more easily accessible.

Joe, I think your suggestion for highlighting the form on the Forms Bar is a good one. Could you go to http://intuit.uservoice.com/pa... and enter it?

This is the best way to communicate your ideas for new features and functions. And your peers can express their support for the idea.

Have you gone to the product web site, clicked on Support and searched for an answer to your question?

You can use the "Windows" Tab to "Cascade" your open forms so that you can easily switch between them, and you can easily close any form you have completed,
