i have contacts that are not in the 3 categories. How do i add them?

Great question!  There are 3 ways to get contact information into Customer Manager:

1. Set up Sync with QuickBooks to bring in Customer, Vendor, and Employee information
2. Import contacts with the Contact Import Tool to bring Customer, Vendor, Employee, and Unassigned contacts into Customer Manager from an Excel/.csv file.
3. Enter contact information manually, pretty self-explanatory :-).  You can enter Customer, Vendor, Employee, and Unassigned contacts.

Where are these additional contacts?  That will affect how you bring the data over to Customer Manager. Let us know if you have any questions!
