On Line banking - receiving items

US QuickBooks Premier : 2009: Accountant

I'm trying to download trx for a company in QB 2009, but after getting the file from Wells Fargo, QB tries to open a different company altogether using QB 2010. What's this all about?????  

How do I fix this?

There's a work-around.     You save the file from the bank as a web-connect file.  Then within QB, using File\Utility\Import\Web-connect file, you import the data and use it as it was intended to be used.
