DJ Paid herself with cash from event
While on vacation one of my DJ collected payment for her gigs in cash. She paid herself. How do I receive the full amount and still show paying her?

Create a Petty Cash bank account. Receive the customer cash payment into the petty cash bank account. Pay your DJ from the petty cash bank account.
