I entered a bill and followed instructions for EFT . It shows up on on my list of accounts and when I go to it it shows as paid but it is not on my check register. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?
If you did not enter a # or EFT where the check # goes, it will show according to the date you made the transaction. Try to find it using the "find" feature- hit “Ctrl/F (at the same time) >click on “amount”>enter transaction amount> click to highlight> then click “Find” Once you find it you can change the date so it shows in the register as the date it was done.
