Daals Company needs Inventory Specialist

We need help with building the Assemblies and direction for inventory and how to and when to have assemblies or inventory parts, we buy and sell Office cubes desk and chairs and need to track all labor costs and delivery costs to the inventory and also be able to keep a running inventory with out using a spreadsheet and alot of labor recounting.. Really need a specialists to help us.  I need to make sure we are set up running smooth and can track and find true costs
