Storage of signed 8879's

DMS is organized by client name. Signed 8879's need to be organized by DCN, especially if the tax firm is audited. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I don't use DMS, but could you scan the 8879's twice -- once to go automatically into each client folder, and once that you could transfer "manually" to a folder just for 8879's for a particular year?

I scan the 8879's into DMS and then keep the paper copy (for audit purposes).
