Can partner/shareholder information be updated in one place for multiple clients?

We prepare returns for about 225 entities, many of which have overlapping shareholders or partners. If one of the partners gets a new address, is there any way to update it in one place and have it apply to all entities in which he is an owner rather than going into 50 different clients to update the partner's address 50 different times?

I can't think of anything except using "cut and paste" so that even if you have to paste 50 times, at least you don't have to type 50 times.

There is a way to do this but I don't recommend it. It involves a DBF file stored in the Lacerte file structure. You have to rebuild the data files when you're done. It can be scary. Email me if you're interested.
