Installing errors on VISTA for windows new machine

I have upgraded to a new Vista machine.

I copied my ProWin05, Prowin06 and ProWin07 files from the old to the new.

At first I was able to install ProWin05 and 06 but when 07 was installing there was an .ini not found error. So I could not install.

I uninstalled the programs to start over... thinking that it had to do with the sequence of install....so I decided to start over.

BUT NOW when I try to install again I get another error message.

After the welcome and license accept screens I get "Are you sure you want to cancel setup?".

I say no.

Select the programs 1040 etc and next.

It searches for installed components.

It then shows me where it will set up...doesn't give me an option to change directorys or file locations.

AND THEN I GET THE SETUP "FAILED" window and the ProWin05 shuts down. This is true when I try to install the others as well.

HELP !!

The reason I am changing computers is that the old one has begun to have boot up problems and I am not sure how long it will hang in there.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED !!

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Pro Series will most likely be more compatible with Vista this year for the 2009 tax version
