Hi Rob,
It seems unlikely that a new ISP and router would cause this. Have you made any changes to the PC's on your network along with the router change? Usually a Sync error is due to an add on program that is trying to sync with QB's. If you can post the exact wording of the error message it could help narrow down the problem.
