In the 1040 program, where do I enter my client's basis in the S-corp that sent him a K-1?

If there isn't anywhere to enter the basis, how do I tell the program to not give him the loss if his basis is already zero?

K-1 w/s part II, check box for not all at-risk. Then click to go to F6198.

As it gets closer to tax season, I wish I had some hair to pull out.
