Using the "sync now" button from a users workstation
How can I setup WMES so that the users can use the "sync now" button from their workstations? For processing counter sales we don't want to sit around and wait for everything to sync up while the cusomter is standing around waiting. I reduced the update interval to 2 minutes which is the shortest span I can do without causing problems. Every workstation has Quickbooks as well as Quickbooks web connector installed. I was told that if QBWC is installed on the workstation that the sync now button works...but how do I link each QBWC to our WMES account?
Right now, any workstation that clicks "sync now" in WMES just gets an error message. The only system "sync now" works on is the server...which nobody even uses.
I need to get some of these issues straightened out - I'm becoming extremely frustrated. Tech support isn't returning my calls and a lot of threads from people that have the same questions as me are going unanswered. We're paying customers who have committed to using WMES but this whole process has been a nightmare. I would really appreciate any help I can get!
