Using Contractor's Edition in QB Premier Accountant Edition for Bookkeeping Purposes

can I use one of our client company's contractor edition in my account edition of QB'09? I know I can open it and run some reports but I want to use it as their bookkeeper from now on, doing payroll, reconciliations and etc. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In QuickBooks Premier Accountant edition, you can toggle into the Contractors edition (go to File>Toggle to another edtion.
