Budgets??? Help me set-up
Budget information is directly input on the General Ledger Account Update screen. Simply input figures directly in the Current Yr. Budget and/or Prior Yr. Budget columns.
In EasyACCT there are two budgetary reports that can be printed, both are income statements. To print the reports:
1. Go to Write-Up, Print Reports.
2. Select Financial Statements, Income Statements.
3. Select the statement to print by checking the appropriate box(es). The bottom two income statements are budgetary reports; they are Budgetary Current Period/Year and Budgetary Current Period.
4. On the right-hand side of the screen, complete the report parameters including the month, ending date, number of copies, page numbers, alignment, etc.
5. Click Print, Begin Printing
