I believe what krish_est is referring to is to use a custom programmer, such as those listed in the Intuit Marketplace custom developer list, to create something for you.
Invoices in QuickBooks only have two address fields, the bill to and the ship to (as well as your own "company address" if you wish to add it).
I don't know what exactly you are looking for - if you just want a name field, you can work with "Custom Fields" to add a consignee name (for example).
