I have a client who is looking to add employees in about 12-15 different states. Can all of them be setup in his company file, if so how many unempl codes can I enter the screen only shows room for four is there any problems in doing this?

You can enter as many codes as needed in the Company Information screen. Are you referring to the number of taxes you can assign per line on the individual employee's Wage/Withholding tab?
