If you have saved an invoice. . .then, are in it again. . .perhaps because you want to review it, or edit it. . .and you want to go back to the original saved one (before re-saving), use the revert to return it to the previously saved invoice.

I find this helpful if I forget whether or not I have changed anything.  I hit revert to get me back.

Make sure that your preferences are set to warn when editing a transaction.  That way, the warning will tip you off that you have changed something.  If you aren't sure that you want to make the change, use revert.

When in doubt, make a backup first!!
