I want to set up QB for a company in another state. My plan is to enter all of their info (I have Acct Premier). Can I send an acct's copy so they can do invoicing on their QB? What version do they need? I will probably be doing a lot of the input.

You can't send then an accountants copy. That has limited capabilities. If you gave bought the program yet, it will be the 2010.

Look into programs like Logmein & GoToMyPC.

Hope this helps. If so please mark solved, if not please ask more questions. Thanks!
