ISW Folder Location Error

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Accountant

I am trying the ISW on 2010. While trying to create a new statement I get "Error while creating new statement due to unsupported folder location" I have changed the folder locations to local folder under the preferences tab, but still get this erro
