Where can I get answers from experts on accounting and tax questions? There must be companies that supply this-for a fee of course.

If you are in need of tax questions to be answered, I might suggest you inquire at National Association of Enrolled Agents, http://www.naea.com, on their site you can look up members based on their backgrounds and specialities.
It is a good place to get some qualified people to help you with your tax issues.
