Conflicting answers on cert quizes
There is a discrepancy in the Section 2 Module 5 Quiz answer to an identical question between the 2009 cert and 2010 certification.
Who do I report this to?

Are you sure you mean QB 2009 vs QB 2010? I did not think the certification quiz had been released yet for 2010.
If you are comparing a certification quiz for QB 2008 vs QB 2009 you may find an identical question where the answer is different in 2009 because there were product modifications in QB 2009 that would call for a different answer when using QB 2009.

The 2010 was exam was posted yesterday.
I haven't researched it, but I think it's an "oops".

I would not be surprised if you did find an error. I have found at least 6 errors or typos during the past two years in QB's training materials and quiz questions.
If you would like to see a really big error, check out the Pro advisor kit for 2010 and look at the "Compare QuickBooks Accounting Products". According to the chart Enterprise Solutions handles up to 1 million items! It should say up to 100,000 items. The error is repeated in the footnotes. You would think that someone would proof read the literature before it gets printed. It took me all of about 5 seconds to spot the error.
So, do provide feedback to Intuit. If it is indeed an error hopefully someone will correct it . Depending upon the question involved however, there have been quiz questions that are correct for a previous year, but, due to changes in the current software the answer might be different in the current year.

Please refrain from discussing specific questions regarding the certification exams.
Please use the www.qbproadvisor.com/feedback to provide us feedback about questions that you have concerns about. Also, I hate to be the one to say it (and I'm not technically qualified to speak to any of the certification questions, so this is general feedback), it may be that the question is correct, and it may not be "fixed" in the future for this reason. Again, I'm not commenting on any specific questions here, just general feedback.
