Have you tried the Previous Reconciliation Report? It has all the cleared transactions, too. It lists all the uncleared transactions. Reports > Banking > Previous Reconciliation - make sure that you choose the correct bank account.

Go to your chart of accounts. Select the account that you want to report on. ctl-Q to bring up the QuickReport.
Modify>Filter>Cleared status>no.
This should give you what you are looking for.
