Need insight on branching out to offer a different service

Our company has primarily focused on bookkeeping/payroll for years. I was wondering if anyone has expanded their practice to include outsourced medical billing? (not necessarily using QB). Is this a lucrative field? Any insight or information is greatly appreciated!

I'm not doing that, but you should check Craigslist.org, Backpage.com and other sites to see if anyone is looking for a medical billing person. You can also see if a lot of people are advertising their services as medical billers.
