Report showing payroll items by week for single employee

would like a report showing weeks across the top and payroll items on left side for a single employee.

Start with a payroll summary report. Click modify report. In the display tab, click the drop down for Display columns by. Select Week. In the filters tab, select name as a filter. Pick the employee you want under the Name list.
