How to keep the date from changing on a tax return when it's final?

How do you secure the date on a return once it's final? We don't want the date to change to the current date when we view or print it at a later time. Thanks

Would you need to manually enter the date as a negative date for every tax return you prepare in order to secure the completed date whenever you view or print it in the future?

Yes, enter it as a negative for every return you do.

If I wanted phone calls, my phone number would be in my profile. If you have a question, post it in the applicable forum.
