Payroll services are only available for companies set up with the US Dollar (USD) as the home currency. Currenty your company file is set up with a non-USD home currency. I have taken a backup of QB Data only after enabling the multi currency.
Further to my previous question on the above subject I have found solution on my own perhaps that help others too.
I have opened another company only for payroll, keeping the USD as home currency and not opted QB Payroll services (manual) and created payroll for our employees. Every month end I print the report from the Payroll company and entered the summary of payroll through General Entry in the main company account which is non USD as home currency.
Now for the details of the payroll I refer the payroll company and the book keeping is done in the main company.
