Replaced Formula Does Not Save

How do I get formula to stick?  Have deleted some rows from ISW and now I need to get the proper formulas in place since once the rows were deleted the total formulas were removed.

In the income statement operating income formulas were replaced, qsm file saved and reopened with no problem.  The problem occurred in Net income (last line of statement).  Again formula replaced, qsm file saved and when reopened (after refreshing amounts from QB, the formula disappeared.

What am I doing wrong?

Dan
