Sorry -- didn't complete the form correctly. What I wanted to ask was for a sample Chart of Accounts for a Homeowners Assoc. Thanks.

The best place for Homeowner and Condo association chart of accounts, is to ask them for last year budget. Budget will usually be on the main account names and then you can always create subaccounts as required.
