I need to know if there is a demo to show clients how to use the banking feature thru QuickBooks? How to setup and download transactions? Any help would be appreciated.

Within QuickBooks, go to Help>Learning Center Tutorials there are 2 videos about Online banking (about 10 minutes) on the Overview tab.
