How do i exchange a quickbooks for mac 2009 for a version that is compatible with os x 10.4.11 ?

Intuit no longer sells a version of QuickBooks that is supported on that OS. Intuit has a 60 day money back guarantee on all of its products. If you are unable to install the 2009 on a supported OS then you are eligible for a refund up to 60 days from purchase.
