NEW INFORMATION UPDATE INTO QUICKBOOKS

US QuickBooks for Macintosh : 2010

HOW CAN I UPDATE INFORMATION INTO QUICKBOOKS THAT WAS NEVER ON A COMPUTER? THE PERSON HAS RUN THEIR BUSINESS WITHOUT EVEN INPUTTING ANYTHING INTO COMPUTER AND HAS ALL HIS BUSINESS IN NOTEBOOKS. WHAT CAN I DO TO UPDATE HIM ENTIRELY INTO QUICKBOOKS?

Unless a compelling need to enter 2009, I think that this is so close to the end of the normal tax year it is a good alternate choice to wait until Jan 01, 2010 to start a new company file at that time.

Of course if the co fiscal year were July 09 that would be different.
