Cash only business

How do I set up a cash only business?  I don't understand paying bills on this version of QB

 If you have a cash business, you will have no accounts receivable, so you could enter sales as sales receipts rather than create invoices.   When paying your bills, you would not need to enter them as a bill in QB and then pay them later as an accrual-basis company does.  Instead,  to pay yours bills you could simply use Write Checks or enter them directly in the check register.
