eSort files clipped/truncated

Just tried eSort free trial; the processed file was returned quickly, but some of the pages were truncated or clipped. Too much data was lost, so I have to revert to the pdf file I originally scanned. Will this problem be resolved soon?

We have seen a few instances of this type of result. It shouldn't be happening so if you could send us the document we will work to resolve your issue. The mailbox below goes directly to the Document eSort Team here at Intuit.

I have seen this also. I was able to turn the document, view the information, and when I returned the document back to it's original view, I was able to see it all . Go figure ?!!!
