I am a student working in sample quickbooks program. I cannot get the print screen to work along with the paste Deposit Summary to a document, so I can send it to my instructor. I read the instructions but it is not working on my computer. Any suggestions how I might send this document?

After you hit the print screen, then you paste it to Word. If you still can't figure it out, you can go to www.jingproject.com and download Jing. It is a free program and you can do screen shots and even videos (up to 5 minutes).
