how can I know when my customer gets an email for sure, where's the log of outgoing emails other than history of each I would rather see them daily in a log fashion.
Why can you attach anything to emails from other folders out side of quickbooks?
I have not found a list of "sent" emails in QB either. As a work around I usually send a copy of the invoice to myself for our records.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to attach files to the emails that are sent from QuickBooks Online. You can save the sales form to your computer and then send the email from your computer.
