bit map logo corrupting options

I had never tried doing so before, but as a test, I tried to insert  a BMP file that I had found on my computer, as if it were my company letterhead.  I could not get the path & filename, with the keyword, to show up in my test letter, until I did the keyword [bmp:logo.bmp] and then clicked the "insert" button.  But I had to make sure my pointer was in the spot where I wanted the logo to come out.  Otherwise it came out wherever I accidentally pointed, instead of where I wanted to point.  I also had to hit "accept" if I did a right-click to get to the keyword.

When you ask for keywords, one thing is "all keywords" and the other is "bitmaps only."  It seems a little easier if you use the "bitmaps only" option (and you could even have a few different bitmap files to choose from).

Also, one of my experiments came out on the left, and one came out in the middle; wasn't sure how to get one on the right side of the page.
