 Can we call and have our payroll  (direct deposit) submitted? When I tried it yesterday it wouldn't 'submit' electronically to Intuit.

 Ok, thanks. I was worried I had done something to my file, thanks. It's not the best answer, but it's a workaround (not an urgent invoice, but others may have more issues than I.)

 While this is unacceptable and these outages have become way too frequent, I do commend intuit (or at least Amy K) for trying to give us some information.  Previously, all anyone has ever received was the same reponse: 'We apologize, our engineers are working on it'.   

Either way, this cannot continue and something should be done to help repair any semblance of a relationship intuit has with what I imagine is an enormous (read: dwindling) customer base.  I know I will be switching systems on the first of the year.

Agreed at least Amy K has the decency to post something other than "we are aware of the problem..."  I have called four times and asked for a supervisor, someone with some decision making authority to call me.  I have 18 companies on QB online, spending some 3K per year.  A simple phone call would be nice.
