Customer Manager Sign In

Customer Manager Desktop

does Customer Manager have an automatic sign in option? I

Is it possible to click on the Customer Manager Icon n the QB's desktop and go directly to the application? Or must we always be redirected, sign in and then be able to use the Customer Manager?
