This is your Installation Key Code (sometimes abbreviated to "IKC") & will be on one or multiple of the following:

• If you purchased your original QB program from a retail outlet ..... IKC should be on the original box that this came in                                          or
• The letter accompanying your software if purchased from "Quicken"
• If your program pack included a manual, there is a section on the inside cover where you can record all relevant codes for installation etc - hopefully, you wrote it down there

"My Licence Information" - This is accessed from the "File" dropdown menu, under "Activate QuickBooks" & at least one copy should ALWAYS be printed off for each PC installation.  This tells you the IKC, Product Key Code, Licence Key Code, your Quicken Customer ID, your program version & more & is invaluable for future reference/re-installs etc.!  Once you have successfully re-installed your QB program, ensure you print this info out!
