What problem are you having? Does it give you an error message. Is it not doing anything? Any error messages?
Mine works fine. Do this.
1 - Disable the sync feature in QB and exit QB
2 - Select the QB group in the OSX Address Book then select File/Export/Export Group Vcard. This will make a backup file of your contacts in that QB group. Double check that the file actually got created
3 - Delete your QB group of contacts from the the Address book and exit
4 - Enable the sync in QB again and exit QB. At this moment QB should attempt to sync everything again.
5 - Check to see if the QB contact group got recreated and if the contacts are there
