I'm trying to make a deposit of "undeposited funds", but one of my Sales payments (the only one) doesn't have a payment method, so it want let me deposit it. It shows under the layout designer and even has a place to put the check # on the Sales receipt, but I don't see a place to enter the payment type. I only have this prob with Sale receipts not Invoices.

When you customize your sales receipt template in Layout Designer, look at the Fields palette. In the "Fields" section of that palette, make sure that BOTH the "Print" and "Screen" boxes are checked for "Pay Method" and for "Check No."
