We have several Quickbooks programs accessing the same host with version 2009 and recieved the the free upgrade. we installed it on all the machines before we realized the the upgrade was for only one user. What do we do now?

As far as i know, you cannot use QB versions with different year on a multi user environment. It's either you stick and go back to your QB 09 or use QB 2010 and add additional licenses.
