I am an attorney. I want to be able to enter time records for work already performed so I can create an invoice for a client. How do I do this?
I am an attorney. I want to be able to enter time records for work already performed so I can create an invoice for a client. How do I do this?







Set up your preferences to track time using Edit>Preferences>Time & Expenses
Then, enter a time entry - either individual or weekly.
Use an item with a rate setup for each type of service or billable hours (lawyer vs paralegal, for example)
Then, when you enter your time, be sure to put the customer name and check the billable box.
This will allow you to bring the time/costs into your invoices.
