DMS Toolbar - MS Office - Unspecified Error

I keep getting an unspecified error for DMS Toolbar for Microsoft Office. It happens when I open Word.

I've closed all MS applications and gone to DMS Options and unselected "activate the DMS toolbar in MS Office Applications". I then opened the MS applications and all works great wtihout the DMS toolbar option. Then I close all MS apps, go back in to DMS and reactivate toolbar option. Then I open MS word - same error.

Next step, uninstalled DMS and re-installed. Same result.

Using Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0

Winows XP with latest updates (SP3)

DMS 5.1.1

For now, I have deactivated toolbar. Any suggestions/advice to fix? Thanks!
