DonnaClark - You are posting your questions on the ProSeries Tax Forum when you need to post them on the QuickBooks Forum. That forum is available on the left side of this screen, first topic under Accountant Topics. ProSeries is only for tax questions.

This makes three times you have asked your question on the wrong forum. Suggest you call up Quick Books support, technical help or if quick books has chat use chat. They should be able to guide through the necessary steps to ask your question on a quick books forum. Other people have had this problem but the moderators for the Intuit community insist there is no problem and instructions are very clear. I do not believe the instructions are clear as everyday this problem repeats over and over.

Donna, when you ask a question, just before it is accepted, it asks you "where do you want to post this question?" You have to move the cursor to QB instead of PS.

As it gets closer to tax season, I wish I had some hair to pull out.
